We are constantly working to provide more excellent service and care for our nation’s heroes. This includes renovations and improvements to enhance health care for veterans. Each of our projects is an opportunity to improve the delivery of services to America's heroes.
Planning
We are devoted to providing state-of-the-art health care, conducting important clinial research, and serving as a leading provider of medical education. As part of our planning process, we have completed a Long Range Development Plan (LRDP)—which for purposes of master planning—outlines the facilities on our Fort Miley Campus, divided into planned phases of implementation. In addition, an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) has been developed in tandem, which describes the environmental effects of the proposed actions and discusses alternatives. Learn more.
Sausalito Research Project
VA has initiated a cultural resources investigation for our Sausalito Research Center project in accordance with the National Historic Preservation Act. The project site is located at 25 Liberty Ship Way in Sausalito. Learn more.
