About the Program

The Infectious Diseases (ID) Clinic at San Francisco VA Medical Center provides comprehensive primary medical care for HIV-infected patients. It is one of the busiest medical subspecialty clinics at the medical center. The mission of the clinic is to provide state-of-the-art medical care to HIV-infected patients within the context of an active teaching and clinical research program.

Veterans can also receive treatment at the ID Clinic for: Hepatitis,TB, Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STDs), and other conditions/diseases.
