Clearlake Bus Route 10 Service (operated by Lake County Transit) provides services Monday-Friday from Lower Lake and around Clearlake city area and includes stops at the Clearlake VA Clinic. Click here to view schedule.
For Clearlake patients who need to travel to SFVAMC: Bus Route 10 also goes to the Santa Rosa VA Clinic where you can meet up with the 101 Northbound and Southbound shuttles to SFVAMC.
Travel assistance is available for eligible Veterans. If a patient is having financial/transportation challenges getting to and from the Clearlake VA Clinic, please contact the clinic directly for free transit bus passes. Call (707) 995-7200 and choose option #1. The clinic requires at least 7 days notice before appointment date to allow time to mail patients their bus passes. Patients may also pick up passes from the clinic to provide passage to their next appointment. The bus stops right in front of the clinic.
Another option is Dial-A-Ride, a service provided by Lake Transit. This service requires 24-hour notice for pick up and will bring patients to the front door of our clinic. In areas that are not served by Dial-A-Ride, Lake Transit offers "Flex Stop" service for passengers certified as eligible for Americans with Disabilities Act paratransit.
