The San Francisco County Veterans Service Office* maintains an office at the Medical Center Monday-Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., in Building 2, First Floor, Room 169. Their number is (415) 221-4810, ext. 5613.
A Veterans Benefits representative is available on Fridays in Building 2, First Floor, Room 169, from 1 – 4 p.m. He may be reached at (415) 221-4810, ext. 5613.
An AMVETS representative is available Monday – Friday, from 7 a.m. – 12 noon and 1 -3 p.m., in Building 2, Ground Floor, Room 71. To make an appointment call (415) 750-2157. Walk-ins are welcome.
Veterans Service Officers help Veterans and their dependents with the filing of complex claims for various benefits they are eligible to receive.
